Hot Sleet Soba (by bananagranola)
The Japanese name is “mizore soba”. “mizore” means sleet.
It’s called “mizore soba” because grated daikon radish looks like sleet.
It can also be called “oroshi soba”.
Ingredients: soba noodles, shiro dashi, mirin, soy sauce,
daikon radish (grated with oni-oroshi grater), mizuna, welsh onion
